MVP – Broadcast was founded from years of hands-on experience in the international broadcast industry.
The founders have worked across major television productions and global sporting events, collaborating with international crews and broadcasters throughout the world.
Through this experience, they identified recurring challenges within the industry:
• difficulty finding highly experienced technical crews
• lack of quality standards when assembling teams
• informal networks without professional structure
• unequal distribution of opportunities among skilled professionals.

The name MVP comes from the sports term "Most Valuable Player."
